TCC Supports Power Grid Talent Development for Taiwan’s Energy Transition
As the world moves toward net-zero emissions, green-collar talent has become crucial for driving energy transition and industrial sustainability. Given this, the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) has partnered with industry, academia, and research institutions to establish the "Grid Talent Development Alliance," continuously nurturing skilled professionals in the power industry and attracting outstanding talents.

On September 3rd, ITRI and the Taiwan Power and Energy Engineering Association jointly hosted the "Grid Talent Development Alliance Scholarship Award Ceremony and Industry Career Forum." Apart from awarding scholarships to 31 outstanding students, TCC's Project Development Department Manager also delivered a keynote presentation on "Perspectives on the Power Industry Workplace – Insights from Power Plant Development" in this event. Drawing on his industry experience, he shared insights on the future of the power sector and the qualities required to succeed, encouraging young talent to join the power industry and help drive Taiwan’s energy transition.

Starting from our core business operations, TCC is actively committed to talent development in the power and energy industry. Since joining the "Grid Talent Development Alliance" in 2019, the Company have maintained long-term participation by providing scholarship sponsorship and professional judges for research papers, supporting the cultivation of green-collar talents through practical initiatives.
