Promotion of Sustainable Development
To deepen the company's sustainable development vision, the Board of Directors serves as the highest governing body for promoting sustainability at TCC. The Board supervises the promotion of the company's sustainability efforts. The "Sustainable Development Principles," approved by the Board, serve as the highest guiding framework for advancing sustainable development.
The Sustainability Committee was established to formulate and plan the Company's sustainable development policies and the annual plans, promote and review effectiveness of the sustainability initiatives, as well as supervise sustainability information disclosure and related tasks. Under the committee, four working groups have been formed: Environmental Sustainability, Social Participation, Corporate Governance, and Sustainability Information Disclosure. The Planning and Investment Management Department serves as a concurrently dedicated unit supporting the Committee in coordinating sustainability efforts.

- Frequency: The Committee is required to convene at least once a year and report on the company's promotion and implementation status to the Board of Directors.
