TCC’s volunteer team revisited Tainan Chiachong Elementary School to help students discover their dream career.
This semester, TCC's volunteer team designed a career-themed program aimed at guiding children to understand themselves and discover their interests through picture books. By reading “Tools,” “Life Savers: Spend a Day with 12 Real-Life Emergency Service Heroes,” and “José Feeds the World: How a Famous Chef Feeds Millions of People in Need Around the World,” along with sharing the volunteers' own professional experiences in the power industry, we conveyed a message: “Whether you enjoy cooking in the kitchen or love exploring nature through mountains and seas, every passion holds infinite career possibilities.”
Following the storytelling session, the volunteers guided the children in drawing their dream futures on kites. As kites soared high in the sky, we encouraged the children to embrace new trials, bravely challenge themselves, and always “dream big and dare to dream.”
